PROSILIENT VET

Boosting resilience

The most effective form of resilience is actually prosilience, which emphasizes on prevention rather than on remedial reaction to negative reactions.

What is Prosilient VET?

Prosilient VET is an Erasmus + KA220 VET- Cooperation partnerships in vocational education and training – project carried out by 4 European organisation from Italy, Bulgaria, Romania and Austria to support professional development of trainers and experts in the field of VET.

Enhancing trainers’ prosilience

The COVID-19 pandemic has increased the risk of trainers’ professional burnout. While this situation is pressuring our society to change, creating new challenges and roles for VET teachers and trainers pressures their wellbeing, which is crucial as an outcome itself and to students’ learning and wellbeing.

Sustaining the quality of teaching

Teachers and trainers are called to change their working environment, to come up fast with innovative teaching methods and meet the new demands imposed on them. The main target group of this projects are the CVET trainers’ who need to increase their competences to adapt to all types of demands they face in their daily practice.

Creating an online VET prosilience toolbox

A self-paced and self-learning repository of tools and resources for CVET trainers, which will support them in building their prosilience and develop the competences to handle effectively all range of training situations they experience on a daily basis in their work.
